A hacienda-style home,
QuerenciaTaos is composed of 4 free-standing buildings: Owner’s Retreat, Guest House, Property Manager’s area, and communal garage,
connected by covered breezeways,
each with separate access and private gardens.
It is a non-smoking facility, but there are ashtrays
on the breezeway and in the patios.
At QuerenciaTaos, you let us know if you want visitors or not by simply opening or closing
your patio curtains.
If our
curtains are open, so is our door!
The kitchen has everything you'll need for
gourmet meals: dishes and utensils, stove, oven, toaster, mixer, microwave, ice maker, blender,
large crock pot and electric roaster,
coffee grinder and coffee maker.
We provide seasonings, spices and condiments.
The hot tub just outside your sliding glass door is
ozonated and has very little chemicals in it .
We provide robes and slippers for your comfort and convenience.
The living room and dining room have wonderful views of the mountain and open to the patio area.
We have a sound system, DVD player
and HD Dish TV, as well as wireless internet.
There is
no telephone, but most cell services seem to work well
both
in and outside of the guest house.
The Master Bedroom has a queen-size bed and
a private garden, incredible views of the mountain plus a gas log kiva fireplace. .
The
large shower has beautiful
views of the garden, a jacuzzi, twin sinks and separate toilet stall.
The Second Bedroom has a full-size bed
with lots of storage space
and privacy.
The bath attached to it has an oversized shower.
Both baths have private toilet stalls and hair dryers.
Feel free to use the washer/dryer
in the hallway to the left of your door. Detergent and dryer sheets provided.
